Founded in 1998 by race and championship winning driver Brian Graham, we are Canada’s most successful F1600 team
Whether you’re a young driver making the transition from karting to open-wheel car racing or a more experienced driver looking to develop your skills in the ultra competitive Toyo Tires F1600 Championship, BGR will provide the foundation you need to move up the racing ladder.
For more than two decades Brian has been mentoring and launching the careers of a long list of young drivers, and with team alumni currently racing in various professional series such as IndyCar and IMSA, the quality of the program at BGR is second to none. The 2020 Indy 500 had four of our alumni on the grid, along with representation over many years at famous races such as the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona and 12 Hours of Sebring.
BGR drivers will find a dedicated and experienced crew supporting them at every race weekend, along with a meticulously prepped and factory supported Piper DL7 F1600 car. As the exclusive Canadian dealer of Piper Race Cars, we receive the latest innovations and are continually making improvements to the car ensuring our drivers have the tools they need to fight for wins and championships.

BGR is the exclusive Canadian dealer for the ultra successful Piper F1600 car. We work very closely with the factory in the continued development and improvement and pass that on to our customer cars as well as incorporating the latest tricks into our cars. We carry a large inventory of spare parts to ensure our customers can stay on track.
Piper Race Cars has been producing championship winning race cars ever since Don Sievenpiper designed and built the first Piper DF2 in the early 1990's. The DF2 was succeeded by the DF3 and later the highly successful and multiple SCCA national championship winning DF5.
Since 2006 Piper race cars have been designed and built by Fast Forward Components in Sand City, CA. Fast Forward Components has been designing and manufacturing the absolute highest quality components for over 30 years. Our professional engineering staff has extensive experience providing design and manufacturing solutions for everything from small formula cars to F1 and IMSA GTP.
Currently, Piper produces the DL7, a highly modern formula car design that incorporates much of Fast Forward's extensive experience and expertise. The DL7 is an efficient, highly tunable package that can accommodate a wide range of drivers.
